mybutcher strengthens its 
            meat range
with six 
  new branded products

In December Tony Buckley, Managing Director and Adrian Johnston, General Manager, went around Australia in search of the perfect brands to match our clients needs. Their travels took them to 18 processors right around Australia.

The selection was narrowed down to eight then finally deciding 6 brands; Sunday Creek, Manning Valley Naturally, Cape Naturaliste, Harvey Beef, Murray Valley and Murray Valley Gold for Beef and Tatiara Lamb - adding to the already strong brands of CAAB, Loukoumi and Savannah Lamb.

Rigorous trials were undertaken and we were looking for
tenderness, flavour, grading, sizing, age, colour and the integrity of the company behind the brands.  A panel of 20 tried 3 grilling cuts from each of the brands (scotch, porterhouse and rump).
