+ mybutcher sources a large proportion of natural food ingredients, spices and herbs, together with the use of Australian native ingredients and place them into our products.
+ Our poultry comes from several sources, free range from the doorstep of the Barossa farmed at Riverton from Greenslades Poultry, also grown from the Adelaide Plains to the Southern Vales regions.
+ Pooginagoric Free Range Turkey near Bordertown
+ Gawler River Quail farmed and processed in the Northern Country region of S.A.
+ Our pork is Australian Pork processed at Murray Bridge in S.A.
+ Hahndorf Gourmet award winning smallgoods made right here in S.A.
Tony Buckley, Managing Director went around Australia in search of the perfect brands to match our clients needs. His travels took him to 18 processors right around Australia.
The selection was narrowed down and finally deciding on
these brands; Manning Valley Naturally, Murray Valley and Murray Valley Gold for Beef - we have since added to these already strong brands with Mayura Wagyu, 36° South Beef, Jacks Creek Angas and Wagyu, Riverine Premium Beef, Bultarra Saltbush Lamb and Loukoumi - with many medals amongst them.
Rigorous trials are undertaken and we look for tenderness, flavour, grading, sizing, age, colour and the integrity of the company behind the brands each time we bring a new brand into our range.
